The details, before you order.
Flat parts, with deburring included for metal. Acrylic is CO₂ laser cut and does not need deburring. Production normally takes 1–2 days with stocked material, followed by next-day delivery after dispatch.
Quality & tolerances
Usual tolerance is ±0.2 mm; larger or complex geometry can vary more. We do not offer bending.

How do I get an instant laser cutting quote?
Upload your DXF, STEP or STP file, review the drawing checks, then choose an available material, thickness and quantity. You can review the price before placing your order. For the wider process, see how online ordering works.
What affects the price of laser-cut parts?
The drawing, material, thickness, quantity and selected finish all matter. Compare quantities using the same drawing in your quote, then review the final order total. The cost guide shows practical checks; a generic price per millimetre cannot price your actual part.
Can I order just one part?
Yes. Single parts are welcome, with a £20 minimum order. Read about one-offs and small batches, then set your quantity when quoting.
What if my file fails the drawing checks?
Use Drawing Workshop to see suitable repair options, compare the prepared drawing with the original and review the dimensions. Save and continue to quote when you are happy with the changes. Missing geometry or an unsuitable model may need correction in the original design.
What size parts can you cut?
Part sizes and minimum hole sizes depend on the material and thickness. Our part size guide explains the limits; check the options and drawing results in your quote before ordering.
Is my drawing ready to upload?
A clean DXF at full size, in millimetres, is the best starting point. Use our design guidelines to check outlines, holes and overall dimensions before ordering.
Can every part be powder coated?
We only stock textured powder coat, and it is available on supported metal jobs—not every material or part. Check the options in your quote, or ask us before ordering if the finish is important to your project.
Need a non-standard material or a larger order?
Send us the details if your material falls outside the online range, you want to discuss a larger order, or your drawing needs checking first.
