What we can cut

Detailed profiles

This order combines a shaped outline with small holes, long slots and triangular cut-outs. All of that detail is cut from the customer’s drawing.

Internal cut-outs

The outside shape is only part of the job. Here we’ve cut the large centre holes and tapered openings along with the rounded outer profile.

Repeat parts

Several of the same part, cut to the same drawing. The deep slots and rounded corners are repeated across the whole batch.

Long profiles and smaller pieces, cut in matching sets. We can cut several different designs in one order, so you can get the parts you need together.

A useful enquiry starts with the cutting file and the part’s purpose. Add the material, thickness, quantity and any finish you are considering. Tell us about a critical fit, a visible face or a date you need to meet.

Built around practical projects

Cut It Out began with the need for custom parts while building a race car. The difficulty of getting one-off parts led to a small CNC plasma table, followed by work for other people and investment in an industrial fibre laser.
